Refund policy

Hailey Lynn Co has a hassle free 20 day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your order to request a return.  Buyers pay return shipping cost.

Eligibility: 

  • Item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are looking to return or exchange a set, the set must be returned to us in full. 
  • Return/Exchange must be sent within 20 days of receipt.

Item(s) Excluded from Return/Exchange:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Pierced earrings or hoops cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • All Sale items, final sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us or use Chat Option bottom righthand corner to request a return authorization (RMA).
  • An RMA Request response will be sent within 48 hours during normal business hours (M-F 9am--5pm PST)
  • A $7 return fee of original shipping charge will be deducted on all orders returned to cover costs of initial free shipping

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item in case an out of stock/size for the replacement you want is not available once your return is received.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
