What are your Processing Times?

We process orders in 4 business days and ship Monday through Friday. Processing & Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays

 

When will my Order ship?

All orders ship Free. Shipping is either 5-7 business days or 10-14 business days transit time after processing time (excluding weekends and holidays). Please see our full Shipping Policy for further information.

 

Where do you Ship?

We only ship within the United States at this time.

 

What is your Return Policy?

Simply request a return authorization & send your items back within 20 (Twenty) days. (Buyer pays shipping costs)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Pierced earrings or hoops cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. 

All Sale items, Final sale items or gift cards cannot be returned/exchanged.

   

 

Can you Guarantee Delivery by a certain date?

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as all orders are shipped from several warehouse locations and require processing time, especially if the item is custom/personalized/handmade.

 

Can I Cancel my order?

After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it has been sent to our warehouse for production at the time of placement.
